You don’t have to buy from us to have us work on your ride. If you’re in a jam with your electric bike, electric scooter, or electric dirt bike, bring it to our service department. Our LEVA-certified technician can diagnose it, fix it, and get you back on it.

It depends on the repair and whether we need to order parts. We'll give you a timeline when you drop it off and keep you updated if anything changes.
Yes. If you bought your ride from us, warranty claims are handled right here. No shipping the bike back to the manufacturer, no third-party support tickets - we deal with it directly. We provide brand-specific in-house warranty work for the e‑bikes and e‑scooters we sell. We are not able to process warranty claims for vehicles purchased from Amazon or other third‑party retailers.
