Why Choose E-Go Depot
We help you set everything up so you can ride out confidently and safely. We take care of the details, you just have to GO!
Covered Shipping
There are a lot of choices when you are shopping for an electric bike from local stores, big-box retailers, online, and even private sellers. To set ourselves apart to be your premier electric bike store, we have several value added services when buying from E-Go Depot. One of our value added services is you do not have to worry about shipping a huge box to your home or getting a huge box in your vehicle. E-Go Depot takes care of the shipping costs and we take care of the large box that's just in the the way by recycling it. Also if a large bike in a box is shipped to your home, there is always a possibility that someone could take it before you returned home. With E-Go Depot, that is just one of the many services we offer!
Assembly
When you get an electric bike, most of the time you will have to assemble that bike; which is not always an easy task. Electric bikes have sensitive electronics and if one connection is incorrect, it is possible to cause irreversible damage. Not only that: setting the brake tolerances, bleeding the brakes, setting the cable tension, and more all needs to be done in order to get the best performance from your new electric bike. You won't have to worry about making an incorrect connection or misaligning the brakes. Get your e-bike ready to roll in no time with E-Go Depot's comprehensive assembly service, available at a budget-friendly price!
Warranty and Service
When you buy an electric bike, especially online, you may have to deal with a service department which could prove to be a pain. We've heard it over and over: service is really bad or non-existent, they won't get back to me, or (and this one is our favorite) just ride it like that. That's where E-Go Depot comes in. Not only do we have a well-equipped service center, we take care of the warranty work for you all in our store. No running around, endless emails, we definitely won't ignore you, and you won't be on hold for what feels like an eternity. E-Go Depot is here for you from pre-sale to post sale, whatever your long term needs are. We are just a call, click, or visit away!
